Fees & Accessibility
Equity-based approach to private-pay using “The Green Bottle Method” created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk
How fees are structured
I operate as a private-pay practice, which means I do not accept insurance. This allows therapeutic work to remain collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each client’s needs without diagnosis codes, time limits, or third-party approval. It creates more freedom and autonomy in how we work together, as well as greater privacy for you.
My standard rate is $165 for a 50-minute session, which applies to individual therapy. To support access while maintaining sustainable care, I offer an equity-based, tiered fee structure.
Rather than focusing only on income, clients are encouraged to consider their overall access to financial resources, including savings, debt, medical or caregiving expenses, and generational wealth.
No documentation is required. This system relies on honesty, consent, and shared responsibility for sustainable care.
